These terms cover the free Clip Studio in the current build. No paid service is offered by this build.

Use of the Clip Studio

You may upload recordings you are entitled to process, run the pipeline, and download the rendered clip for lawful sermon repurposing. Every clip is a proposal for human review, not theological approval. The current build does not ingest links, provide user accounts, track speakers, schedule posts, or publish media.

Your content rights

You must own the source recording or have permission for the intended use. You are responsible for rights involving video, audio, music, speaker likeness, guest contributions, and any other protected material. Public availability does not by itself grant reuse rights.

Prohibited use

Do not use ClipMinistry for infringement, impersonation, harassment, deceptive editing, removal of legally required attribution, or a clip that intentionally changes the speaker’s meaning. Do not process private pastoral material without appropriate authorization.

No generated-media warranty

The pipeline transcribes automatically, selects a moment with AI or rule-based scoring, applies a centered crop, and burns rebuilt captions; it does not verify the speaker’s meaning, theology, scripture, crop subject, or your permission to use the recording. ClipMinistry does not guarantee that a transcript, selection, or rendered file is accurate, legally permitted, suitable for a platform, or effective with an audience. A qualified person must review the output before publishing.

Availability

The service may change or be unavailable without notice. There is no service-level commitment, subscription entitlement, or promise that unbuilt features will launch on a particular date.
